Taking a taxi from the airport will take you between 20-30 minutes (or more, depending on traffic). Please note that you will need to have Colombian pesos. The bus to and from the airport is very easy as the bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. At the airport, you first need to get a Tullave card which currently costs COP6,000 (=1.5USD) and then top it up with, say, COP10,000. The Tullave kiosk is green and is about 100 meters from the arrivals exit inside the terminal building. You need Colombian money for this. It is essentially a smart card since you cannot pay in cash on Bogotá buses. Then exit the terminal building and walk to the left, where you will find the bus stop. Take the K86 bus to the satellite station about 2 miles from the airport. From there you can take different routes to Las Aguas station (1 minute walk) or to Universities (10 minutes walk). Station AC 19 - KR 4 Germania (3 mi walking) Bus 1 is the most direct and leaves you at Universities. You should walk south two blocks. You can search in a search engine for "Torre Ventto" Also the Moovit application that gives you public transport routes

To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all guests, we have established the following norms for visitors staying in our property: 1. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is as stated in the booking confirmation. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval from the host. 2. No Parties or Events: Our property is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or any type of loud or disruptive behavior. Please respect the privacy and comfort of our neighbors and adhere to the quiet hours specified by the host. 3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. 4. Care and Respect for the Property: Please treat our property with care and respect, just as you would your own home. Any damage or excessive mess caused during your stay may result in additional charges. 5. Security and Safety: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. 6. Visitors and additional guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight at the property. If you plan to receive visitors during your stay, please inform the host in advance of your arrival to make proper registration and authorization. The entry of sex workers is prohibited, the practice of sexual tourism is not allowed. It is prohibited to carry out acts that disturb others or that compromise the safety, tranquility, health, and social coexistence of those who remain in the Building. Guests must maintain good social behavior; if they are not respected, they must leave the accommodation immediately and will not be allowed to enter the property by the administration. The following are classified as causes of bad behavior: insults or profanity, total drunkenness, possession or consumption of narcotics, exhibitionism, sexual trade and the provocation and/or generation of fights with third parties. Each guest will be responsible for the use of the accommodation facilities and their valuable belongings during their stay. We are not responsible for lost personal items. Reservations for minors are not accepted. Exploitation, pornography, violence or sexual abuse with minors is prohibited and will be penalized according to law 679 of 2001, law 1336 of 2009 and resolution 3840 of 2009. The doormen are authorized to call the police if they do not comply with the requirements. DECREE 2590 OF 2009 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE, INDUSTRY OR TOURISM Article 6. Early termination of the hosting contract. The owner or administrator of the property intended, in whole or in part, for the permanent or occasional provision of tourist housing services, may terminate the accommodation contract and, consequently, demand the immediate return of the tourist housing without the need for a ruling. judicial, when the conduct and behavior of the guests threaten the tranquility, safety and health of the other guests or residents, for which, the owner, or the administrator or holder in any capacity of the tourist home may resort to the mechanisms provided for in article 32 and other applicable regulations of the National Police Code, in order to obtain the protection of guests and residents. 7. Check-Out Procedures: Upon check-out, please ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the property.
